Join the Women in Publishing Committee

Women in Publishing UK is looking for ladies who are passionate about publishing to join our committee!

Women in Publishing UK is a voluntary organisation run by ladies with the aim of promoting the status of women in the book trade and helping then to develop their careers. Working on the committee is varied, challenging and fun. Not only is it great for your CV, but it is a fantastic way to meet women in the industry at all stages of their career, learn about the industry, make new friends and discover opportunities.
We meet once a month in London (in addition to the open meetings) and dedicate a few hours each month to the running of this fantastic group.

To qualify, you need a passion for publishing, a few spare hours each month for committee work, and to share our desire to raise the status of women in the industry. Oh, and you should also like the idea of fun networking evenings with friendly, like-minded ladies. Does that sound like you?
