Wed 10 March - Self-publishing

Join us at The Savoy Tup function room for the March meeting.

Our topic this month is self-publishing, with Berry Winter and Anna Lewis

Berry Winter has over 20 years experience working in management development and coaching. She is the co-owner of a management development and coaching company, JamBerry Ltd, who specialise in working with individuals, teams and organisations to help develop their full potential.

Berry has published two books, Create a new you and De-stress you, available via www.lulu.com/berrywinter She has also written a children's story, Lavender Moss, due to be published in 2010.

Our second speaker, Anna Lewis, is the co-founder of CompletelyNovel.com and has just been shortlisted for the UK Young Publishing Entrepreneur award. Launched February 2009, CompletelyNovel.com is an online hub where writers, readers and everyone from the book industry can interact.

On CompletelyNovel, writers have free access to self publishing tools such as print-on-demand printing, and direct links to an online community of readers who can read, review and buy their books. CompletelyNovel enables aspiring writers to prove that their book has a market and use that as a basis to approach agents and publishers. www.completelynovel.com

After the talk, there will be an opportunity to network, so why not stick around for a drink and see who you can meet?
